In 2013, Ansar first came to Pune. Initially, he found it difficult to get accommodation and mess facility because of his name and background! He was refused by many house owners for accommodation. He spent 3 years with the name ‘Shubham’ to avoid conflicts and focus on study.

While speaking about changing name, He said, “I was treated by 3 different categories. I belong from poor economic background, I am from socially undeveloped region and I belong to a minority community. I will tackle these issues in my administration duties as I have been through these problems personally.”

Today, in August 2017, Ansar is on duty in West Bengal. Despite many social odds, he has set an example in front of youth and proved that you can achieve your aim with sheer determination and hard work
